Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights, duties and responsibilities of users in relation to the use of internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided on the p2p Coin website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") operated by SSK Tour Co., Ltd.
Article 2 (Definitions)
① The term "Site" refers to the online business place where SSK Tour Co., Ltd. provides information to users by using information and communication equipment such as computers.
② The term "User" refers to a non-member who accesses the "Site" and receives services provided by the "Site" in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
③ The term "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the "Site" without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Display of Terms, etc.)
The "Site" shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions, the name and representative's name of the business, the location address of the business place (including the address for handling consumer complaints), telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, business registration number, and the person responsible for personal data management on the initial service screen (front page) of the Site so that users can easily know them. However, the contents of the Terms may be made available to users via a linked screen.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
The "Site" performs the following tasks.
1. Provision of travel-related information
2. Operation of travel-related communities
3. Other tasks determined by the "Site"
Article 5 (Suspension of Services)
The "Site" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in case of reasons such as maintenance, replacement, malfunction of computers and other information and communication facilities, or interruption of communication.
Article 6 (Protection of Personal Information)
Matters concerning the protection of personal information shall follow the contents specified in our company's Personal Information Handling Policy posted on the Site.
Article 7 (Duties of the "Site")
The "Site" shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these Terms or acts contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to continuously and stably provide information in accordance with these Terms.
Article 8 (User Obligations)
Users shall not perform the following acts:
1. Register false information at the time of application or modification
2. Use another person's information
3. Alter information posted on the "Site"
4. Transmit or post information (such as computer programs) other than the information determined by the "Site"
5. Infringe upon copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the "Site" or third parties
6. Damage the reputation of the "Site" or a third party or interfere with their business
7. Publish or post obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information that is contrary to public order and morals on the Site
① Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the "Site" belong to the "Site".
② Users must not, for profit or otherwise, reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or allow third parties to use information that is subject to the "Site"'s intellectual property rights obtained through use of the "Site" without prior consent from the "Site".
③ When the "Site" uses copyrights belonging to a user under agreement, it shall notify the relevant user.
Article 9 (Copyright Ownership and Restrictions on Use)

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

These Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights, duties and responsibilities of ITSTours Co., Ltd. and users in relation to the use of the overseas travel services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided on
itstours.co.kr (hereinafter referred to as 'ITSTours').
Article 2 (Definitions)
① 'ITSTours' means a virtual business place set up using computers and other information and communication equipment so that goods or services can be traded to users, and it is also used to refer to the business operator operating ITSTours.
② 'User' means a member or non-member who accesses the ITSTours site and receives services provided by ITSTours in accordance with these Terms.
③ 'Member' refers to a person who has provided personal information to ITSTours for member registration, who continuously receives information from ITSTours, and who can continuously use the services provided by ITSTours.
④ 'Non-member' refers to a person who uses the services provided by ITSTours without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Display and Revision of Terms)
① ITSTours shall post the contents of these Terms, its trade name, business location, representative's name, business registration number, and contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail address, etc.) on the initial service screen of
itstours.co.kr so that users can know them.
② ITSTours may revise these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, and the Consumer Protection Act.
③ When ITSTours revises the Terms, it shall specify the effective date and reason for revision and shall announce the revised Terms together with the current Terms on the initial screen of ITSTours from at least 7 days prior to the effective date up to the day before the effective date.
④ When ITSTours revises the Terms, the revised Terms shall apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date, and contracts already concluded prior to the effective date shall be governed by the provisions of the Terms prior to revision. However, if a user who has already entered into a contract expresses a desire to be subject to the revised Terms within the announcement period specified in Paragraph 3 and obtains ITSTours' consent, the revised Terms shall apply.
⑤ Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall follow the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Guidelines and related laws or commercial practices established by the government.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)
① ITSTours performs the following tasks:
- Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of purchase contracts
- Delivery of goods or services for which purchase contracts have been concluded
- Other tasks determined by ITSTours
② In case of sold-out goods or changes in technical specifications, ITSTours may change the goods or services to be provided under future contracts. In such cases, ITSTours shall specify the changed goods or services and the date of provision and shall post such information at the place where the current goods or services are posted at least 7 days prior to the date of provision.
③ If ITSTours changes the contents of services contracted with a user due to reasons such as sold-out goods or changes in technical specifications, ITSTours shall compensate the user for any damages incurred thereby. However, this does not apply when ITSTours is not at fault or negligent.
Article 5 (Suspension of Services)
① ITSTours may temporarily suspend service provision in case of reasons such as maintenance, replacement, malfunction of information and communication facilities, or interruption of communication.
② In the case of service suspension under paragraph 1, ITSTours shall notify users by the method set forth in Article 8.
③ ITSTours shall compensate users or third parties for damages caused by temporary suspension of service provision under paragraph 1, except where ITSTours is not at fault or negligent.
Article 6 (Membership Registration and Use of Services)
① Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to ITSTours' registration form and indicating their consent to the Terms.
② ITSTours shall register applicants as members unless they fall under any of the following:
- Applicants who have previously lost membership under Article 7(3) of these Terms. However, those who have elapsed one year since the loss of membership under Article 7(3) and have obtained ITSTours' approval for re-registration are an exception.
- Applicants whose registration information contains false, omitted, or mistaken entries.
- Other cases where ITSTours determines that registration as a member would cause significant technical difficulties.
③ The time when the membership contract is formed is when ITSTours' acceptance reaches the member.
④ Members must immediately notify ITSTours by e-mail or other means when there is a change in the information registered under Article 15(1).
Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Qualification)
① Members may request withdrawal from ITSTours at any time, and ITSTours shall process the withdrawal immediately.
② If a member falls under any of the following grounds, ITSTours may restrict or suspend membership:
- If the member registered false information in the registration application.
- If the member fails to pay debts owed to ITSTours for goods or services purchased through ITSTours by the due date.
- If the member interferes with other users' use of ITSTours or steals their information, thereby threatening electronic transaction order.
- If the member uses ITSTours to engage in acts prohibited by laws or these Terms or acts contrary to public order and morals.
③ After restricting or suspending membership, if the same conduct is repeated more than twice or is not corrected within 30 days, ITSTours may terminate the membership.
④ When ITSTours terminates membership, the member's registration will be deleted.
⑤ Upon withdrawal, accumulated points are automatically forfeited and will not be restored upon re-registration.
⑥ The validity period of accumulated points is 48 months from the time of accumulation; any unused points after the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
Article 8 (Notices to Members)
① ITSTours may notify members via the e-mail address registered with ITSTours.
② For notices to an unspecified majority of members, ITSTours may substitute individual notices by posting them on the ITSTours bulletin board for at least one week.
Article 9 (Purchase Application)
To use the services, ITSTours users select the service they wish to reserve on the service screen, enter and display the following information, and pay the product price registered by the seller.
1. Enter name, address, and phone number
2. Select goods or services
3. Select payment method
4. Indicate agreement to these Terms
Article 10 (Formation of Contract)
① ITSTours shall accept purchase applications under Article 9 unless any of the following applies:
1. The application contains false, omitted, or erroneous information
2. A minor attempts to purchase goods or services prohibited by youth protection laws such as tobacco or alcohol
3. ITSTours determines that acceptance of the purchase application would cause significant technical difficulties
② The contract is formed at the time when ITSTours' acceptance reaches the user in the form of a receipt confirmation notice under Article 12(1).
Article 11 (Payment Methods)
Payment methods for goods or services purchased from ITSTours may be one of the following:
1. Bank transfer
2. Credit card payment
3. Online bank deposit
4. Mobile payment
5. Payment upon receipt, etc.
Article 12 (Receipt Confirmation Notice, Change or Cancellation of Purchase Application)
① When ITSTours receives a user's purchase application, it shall send a receipt confirmation notice to the user.
② The user who received the receipt confirmation notice may request a change or cancellation of the purchase application immediately if there is any discrepancy in the declaration of intent.
③ If a user wishes to cancel a reservation, it is in principle to cancel the reservation by the reservation cancellation deadline indicated at the time of service registration or as previously announced by the company. If reservation change or cancellation is requested after the deadline, fees and surcharges may apply.
④ When ITSTours imposes fees on users for reservation changes or cancellations, such fees must be clearly and understandably indicated on the reservation screen or product contract so that users can easily know them.
Article 13 (Refunds, Returns and Exchanges)
① If the goods or services purchased by a user cannot be delivered or provided due to reasons such as being sold out, ITSTours shall promptly notify the user of the reason. If payment has already been received, ITSTours shall carry out contract cancellation and refund procedures within 3 days from the date payment was received; otherwise, within 3 days from the date the reason occurred.
② In the following cases, even if the goods have been delivered, ITSTours shall, upon the user's request, immediately carry out refund, return or exchange measures within the next business day after receiving the returned goods. However, the request period is within 20 days from the date of delivery.
- When the delivered goods differ from the order or differ from the information provided by ITSTours
- When the delivered goods are damaged, defective, or contaminated
- When the goods are delivered later than the delivery period indicated in the advertisement
- When a user's offer was made without displaying the matters that should be displayed in the advertisement pursuant to Article 18 of the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc.
Article 14 (Protection of Personal Information)
① ITSTours collects the minimum information necessary to fulfill purchase contracts when collecting user information. The following items are mandatory and others are optional:
1. Name
2. Address
3. Phone number
4. Desired ID (for members)
5. Password (for members)
② When ITSTours collects personal identification information, it shall obtain the user's consent.
③ Provided personal information shall not be used for purposes other than those agreed upon or provided to third parties without the user's consent, and ITSTours shall assume all responsibility for this. However, exceptions apply in the following cases:
- When providing minimal user information (name, address, phone number) to shipping companies necessary for delivery
- When providing information in a form that cannot identify a specific individual for statistics, academic research, or market research
④ When consent is required under paragraphs 2 and 3, ITSTours shall specify or notify the identity of the person responsible for personal data management (affiliation, name and contact information), the purpose of collecting and using the information, and matters related to provision to third parties (recipients, purpose, and content of information to be provided) as prescribed in Article 16(3) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, and users may withdraw consent at any time.
⑤ Users may at any time request to view or correct their personal data held by ITSTours, and ITSTours shall promptly take necessary measures. If a user requests correction, ITSTours shall not use the relevant personal data until the error is corrected.
⑥ ITSTours minimizes the number of administrators for personal information protection and is responsible for any damage to users resulting from loss, theft, leakage, or alteration of personal information including credit card and bank account information.
⑦ ITSTours or third parties to whom personal data have been provided shall destroy the personal data without delay once the purpose of collection or provision has been achieved.
Article 15 (Duties of ITSTours)
① ITSTours shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these Terms or acts contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to continuously and stably provide goods and services as stipulated in these Terms.
② ITSTours shall establish security systems to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use internet services.
③ If ITSTours causes damage to users by engaging in unfair display or advertising as defined in Article 3 of the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising, ITSTours shall be liable for compensation.
④ ITSTours shall not send unsolicited commercial e-mails for profit to users who do not wish to receive them.
Article 16 (Member ID and Password Obligations)
① Except as provided in Article 14, the management responsibility for IDs and passwords lies with the member.
② Members shall not allow third parties to use their IDs and passwords.
③ If a member's ID or password is stolen or used by a third party, the member must immediately notify ITSTours and follow ITSTours' instructions.
Article 17 (User Obligations)
Users shall not perform the following acts:
1. Register false information at the time of application or modification
2. Alter information posted on ITSTours
3. Transmit or post information (such as computer programs) other than the information determined by ITSTours
4. Infringe third parties' copyrights or other intellectual property rights
5. Damage a third party's reputation or interfere with their business
6. Publish or post obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals on ITSTours
Article 18 (Copyright Ownership and Restrictions on Use)
① Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by ITSTours belong to ITSTours.
② If a work posted or registered by a user falls under any of the following, ITSTours may delete it without prior consent:
- When it is contrary to public order and morals
- When it is related to criminal activity
- When it damages or disadvantages another person's reputation
- When it impedes the sound use of the service
